- Stephen Gostkowski (New England Patriots) lead the league in made field goals with 36 and attempts with 40. Being on one of the best offensives in the NFL he should produce plenty of points. Though with the return of Brady and departure of Cassel, his field goal attempts will probably decrease and extra point attempts rise.
- Rob Bironas (Tennessee Titans) has one of the strongest legs in football boasting a career long 62 yard kick in 2006 tied for 3 longest field goal in NFL history. Bironas went 29 for 33 like Kris Brown in 2008 and finished with 40 extra points.
- David Akers (Philadelphia Eagles) went 33 for 40 last season with 45 extra points, finishing second among fantasy kickers behind Gostkowski.
- Lawerence Tynes (NYG)
- John Kasay (Carolina Panthers) As long as interception happy quarterback Jake Delhomme does give away too many scoring opportunities Kasay should be a solid fantasy kicker this season. He finished 2008 going 28 for 31 and a whopping 46 extra points tied for first in the NFL.
- Kris Brown (Houston Texans) was very consistent last season in Houston, finishing 29 for 33 with 37 extra point attempts . Having consistent players is key in fantasy football.
- Jason Elam (Atlanta Falcons) Elam went 29 for 31 on the season and had 42 extra points. Elam is one of the best kickers in NFL history. He is two 50 yard plus field goals away from tying Morten Andersen's record for most career kicks 50 yards or greater. Ironically enough Anderson also played for the Falcons. Jason Elam should be a top 5 fantasy kicker this season.
- Adam Vinatieri (Colts) Should benefit from a Peyton Manning offense.
- Neil Rackers (Arizona Cardinals) Benefits from being on a high octane offense, completing 25 field goals and 44 extra point attempts, last season.
- Ryan Longwell (Minnesota Vikings) went 6 for 6 last season in kicks over 50 yards. Brett Favre should provide Longwell with plenty of chances to score.
- Mason Crosby (Green Bay Packers) has lead the NFL in field goal attempts the last two years combined with 73 kicks.
Honorable Mention
Jason Hanson (Detroit Lions )is arguably the NFL's best kicker. Making 21 of 22 attempts, finishing the season 8-8 in kicks 50 plus yards, but only had 25 points from extra point attempts. Hanson's problem is he played for one of the worst teams in NFL history last season the 0-16 Detroit Lions. If the Lions are able to move the ball offensively this season Hanson will be Fantasy gold.

This year the debate is between Tom Brady and Drew Brees. Is Brady healthy enough to last the entire season? Can Drew Brees out touchdown a healthy Tom Brady? - Fantasy Football Running Back Rankings
My 2009 Rankings of Running Backs Michael Turner (Atlanta Falcons) finished second in touchdowns last season with a whopping 17 and second in rushing yards with 1,699. His Falcon offense should be better... - Fantasy Football 101

I have to admit that my FG kicker is not a part of my team I put alot of thought behind. Of course the first few on the list make more points but it is not that big of a difference. I would rather not worry about one until the very late rounds and continue to pick up players that get a lot more points.
r u high Nate Kaeding FTW
Where's Robbie Gould? He is one of the most accurate kickers in the game.
Robbie gould is the best when the line doesnt fail and it gets blocked
What about janikowski

My safe bet would be Stephen Gostkowski as he will benefit from the return of Tom Brady and his 50 touchdowns from the 2007. John Kasay is my second choice, as he is probably the most consistent on your list. Thanks.
